TERMS OF USE

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Connection Depot. We reserve the  right to change this Agreement at any time by posting changes online in advance of the effective date of any changes.  You are responsible for regularly reviewing information posted online to obtain timely   notice of such changes.  Your non-termination or continued use of Connection Depot services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement as modified by the posted changes.  This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you accept this Agreement and continues until your subscription is terminated either by you or by Connection Depot.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Connection Depot may terminate this Agreement at any time and without notice, and accordingly deny you access to this web site, in Connection Depot's sole  discretion for any reason, including your failure to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Connection Depot, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this web site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.

Users or other third parties may post statements or information on some portions of the Connection Depot web site from time to time.  Connection Depot makes no representation as to the accuracy, appropriateness, legality, ownership or other aspects of such statements of information.  Also, at times this site may contain links to web sites maintained by other companies, individuals or agencies which are provided as a convenience to Connection Depot users.  These linked sites are not under the control of Connection Depot and Connection Depot is not responsible for the accuracy of information on such sites.  Connection Depot does not monitor or review the content of such third party sites and therefore advises you that your access by link to third party sites is your responsibility.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use Connection Depot services in accordance with this Agreement.  You may terminate your Connection Depot subscription at any time with or without cause, upon notice provided to Connection Depot in writing, and upon payment of all services which have been used prior to your planned date of termination.  Connection Depot may terminate or suspend your subscription at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.  Your Connection Depot Internet Access Subscription is personal to you.  You agree not to assign, transfer or sublicense your rights as a member.  You may allow other members of your household to use your Connection Depot Account, provided that you agree to pay all charges that they incur and to be responsible for all other aspects of their usage, which includes any roaming charges and telecommunication charges of any type that they incur and to be responsible for all other aspects of their usage.  You acknowledge that you are aware that some areas of the Internet may contain material that is unsuitable for minors and you agree to supervise usage by minors whom you permit to use your Connection Depot Account.  You acknowledge and agree that the party being billed for your Connection Depot subscription (the party who is responsible for the credit card or to the  account associated with your account) has the right to terminate the account at any time and to request and receive usage information related to such Connection Depot account.

You warrant to Connection Depot that you will not use Connection Depot services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices.  Resale of Connection Depot services is strictly prohibited.  Any unauthorized use of Connection Depot services, or resale of its services, is expressly prohibited.  You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations.  You are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your account or password, including the content of your transmissions through Connection Depot.

You warrant to Connection Depot that you will preserve and protect any Connection Depot set up information that you are provided by Connection Depot and that you will not supply that information to third parties;

You warrant to Connection Depot that you will take preventive measures to assure that other members of your household to whom you provide Connection Depot information will preserve and protect that information from outside third parties;

You warrant that you will not under any circumstances supply your access number, your logon identity or your password to any third parties for any use or purpose beyond the direct benefit that you derive in the use of your personal subscription to Connection Depot services;

Connection Depot will supply certain information to you about the setup of your account, your log on and your password and the procedures that must be followed to gain maximum benefit from your subscription to the services of Connection Depot.

You agree that you will not provide any of this proprietary information to any third party about Connection Depot processes, setup, logon procedure, password setup, account setup that you may obtain through your subscription to its services or through your use of its services.

You must exercise due diligence in the protection of the Connection Depot access information, your Connection Depot Internet Access Account information, your logon and password.  You must make every effort to make certain that you are dealing with a representative of Connection Depot when accepting account information or providing personal information for your account.

You agree not to do any of the following while being connected to Connection Depot or while being connected to the Internet through the Connection Depot Internet Access Service:
