Eric Alexander, Director - Field Operations
Eric's technical background with the Ohio Supercomputer Center has served him well in his 16 year career in telecommunications. He has held many technical management positions including LCI/Quest where he ran a nationwide network of PBX's and teleconferencing. He later joined Adelphia Business Solutions as Operations Manager. At Citynet he is involved in CLEC activities and oversees maintaining the 99.999% reliability of our network.
